A bit about who we are

Have you ever walked into a phone shop, felt instantly overwhelmed by the offers plastered on every wall, and just walked back out again? Most people have. That was part of what led to o2services being set up in the first place.

We wanted to create a place where getting a mobile deal felt like a conversation, not a negotiation. Somewhere you could ask basic questions without feeling embarrassed, and where the person helping you actually takes time to understand your situation before recommending anything.

We're an independent authorised O2 retailer

o2services is an independent authorised retailer of O2 Telefonica UK products and services. That means we have a legitimate, official relationship with O2 — but we operate as our own independent local business from our store on Leabridge Road in Leyton, East London.

We are not the official O2 website, and we are not a branch or subsidiary of Telefonica UK Limited. We're a local business that is authorised to sell O2 products on their behalf. If you need to manage your existing O2 account directly, the official O2 website is o2.co.uk.

What makes us different

A lot of people come in feeling like they've already failed at understanding their options. They're either paying too much for data they don't use, don't know what they're entitled to as an existing O2 customer, or they've been confused by conflicting information they've read online.

We genuinely enjoy untangling this stuff. We'll sit with you, ask a few questions about how you actually use your phone, and walk you through your real options — not just the ones that look good on a poster or earn us the biggest commission.
